Cancellation Policy
Booking/Payment Policy There are different methods of booking your appointment: 1. 'Book Online' on the website. 2. By Phone (including message) or Email or In Person Note that a booking is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from Wildmeadows Physiotherapy. There are different payment options for your appointment: 1. 'Book Online': Pay at the time of booking to secure your slot. Pay via Apple pay or Credit/Debit cards. Should this not be possible, you are able to select 'manual payment' and pay on the day in cash or via BACS transfer. Please note we are unable to accept card payments other than via the online booking system. 2. Appointments booked by phone, email or in person will receive an invoice to be paid upon receipt (online banking details will be provided or cash can be accepted on the day of your appointment). We are unable to take card payments in person. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order that the slot can be made available for another client. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund or a fee-free reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you fail to attend (no-show), the full appointment fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule directly using the link in your booking confirmation email, or by contacting us via phone at 07762 299 839 or email at info@wildmeadowsphysio.co.uk. Note: We understand that emergencies and unexpected illnesses happen! Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at our discretion in unavoidable circumstances. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled end time to ensure other clients are seen on time. Full session fees apply. Should your therapist cancel (illness or emergency) then you will receive as much notice as possible and have the choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule.
